When we talk about a healthy life our thinking moves towards fresh fruits. Yeah, because fruits and veggies are a source of plenty of Vitamins, Minerals, and fibers. Canned or frozen foods are lesser in nutrition so try to take fresh if available.
Limit fats, sugars, and salt:
Fast food is rich in fats, sugars, and salt. These foods give pleasure while eating and regret for the rest of life as they have no nutritional value and have a high-calorie count. So before eating check the labels of food to know what you are eating.
Pulses, nuts, and Healthy Fats:
Add pulses, nuts, and healthy fats to your diet. Healthy fats like olive oil, sesame oil, peanut, and other unsaturated oils make our immune system stronger and help in reducing inflammation. Pulses are a source of protein, vitamins, and minerals.

Exercise is important for physical and mental health. Obesity and overweight is a cause of so many diseases. Minimum 30-60 minutes of daily exercise is recommended depending upon your age and health. Covid has decreased our outdoor activities but tries to be more active at home to stay healthy.

Life started with water so water is an essential part of our lives. About 60% of our body consists of water. Hydration is important to keep ourselves fresh and healthy. 8-12 glasses a day are advised by doctors for healthy digestion, smooth flow of blood, and fresh and glowing skin.
